About Annette

Meet Annette Smith Miller

The Visionary

I’ve been a woman of faith all of my life. I’ve walked alongside people in many roles: as a pastor, a wife, a trusted confidant, and perhaps my most passionate role, as a mother.  Those positions have given me a deep understanding of how much people carry quietly—especially those who lead.

Over the years, Leaders have sought my counsel during high-stakes decisions and sensitive negotiations.  Each request is approached intentionally and prayerfully, with care given to what’s implied, what’s missing, and what deserves closer consideration.

At the heart of everything I do is love. I love life. I enjoy laughter, dancing, meaningful conversations, and beautiful spaces. I love baking cakes from family recipes, and have a deep tenderness for children and family. In this season, I’m learning to set new boundaries with grace. Joy matters to me, and I believe it to be something fundamental to daily life.

Recently, I completed a book reflecting on the courage it takes to love again—a deeply personal work shaped by my own journey with God. Today, I’m in a lighter season, marked by hope, optimism, and a steady belief in considering the “big-ness” of our God, without wavering.

In the beginning God and in the end God.  Everything I do is guided by prayer, wisdom, and a deep respect for the people God places in my path.

In The Studio

Sitting in my studio, surrounded by quiet reminders of God’s grace, I was thinking about how life is shaped.   I’ve come to believe that the most beautiful lives aren’t the ones that stayed intact—but the ones that were rebuilt with care.  I’ve been praying over the spaces in your heart that feel unfinished or uncertain right now. The places that feel tender. The ones still taking shape.

There is no failure in rebuilding. There is grace there. Strength, too. If you find yourself in a season of becoming—know that God is present in the work, even when it feels slow or unclear.

The Inner Architecture

Grace to Heal

Healing rarely arrives all at once.

It comes slowly—through gentle clearing, through grace that makes room for what was buried to be seen and released. This is the quiet work of tending the foundation, so what rises next is strong enough to last.

Nothing here is hurried. Restoration is honored as sacred.

Purpose to Rise

As healing settles, direction begins to reveal itself.

Purpose doesn’t shout. It aligns. It draws attention away from what shaped yesterday and toward what is being built next. This is where faith and intention meet, and life begins to move forward with clarity instead of reaction.

Design replaces drift.

Courage to Live

There comes a moment when healing and purpose ask to be lived.

It takes courage to step fully into a restored life. To love again. To protect peace without closing the heart. To move forward with dignity and boundaries that honor both self and calling.

Here, survival ends and your masterpiece era begins.
